What we will report, and how.

Amana is new. Here is the promise: from the first session we count what matters, we publish the totals every season, and we never turn a child into a score.

The numbers

Our first season hasn't started yet. Once it has, this page will show what Amana did, in real numbers.

Measurable progress

What we count

Attendance

By child, program, and session. The base of everything.

Programs joined and seasons completed

Did a child come back? The honest measure of whether it worked.

Milestones

Staff-recorded, positive observations: led a du'a, first clinic, helped a younger child. Never a grade.

Session objectives

At every closeout: did the objective land? Yes, partly, or no.

Incidents

Counted and reviewed. Reported here in totals, never by name.

The Scholarship Fund

What families chose to pay and what the Fund covered.

The line

What we will never publish

A child's name beside a number. A ranking. A test score. A health note. A photo without consent. Amana Journey is for the family and the child, and no one else; the community sees totals.

Two reports, two audiences

Families: their own child, in My Amana, always.

Community: season totals, on this page.
