Raising the whole child, on purpose.
Every parent wants the same thing: a child who is smart, grounded in faith, and ready for the world. In practice we pull that child in five directions to get there. Amana closes that gap.Every parent wants the same thing: a child who is smart, grounded in faith, and ready for the world. In practice we pull that child in five directions to get there. Kumon for math, the local league for sports, a bounce house for fun, an app for Qur'an. None of those venues share our values, and some quietly work against them.
Let's be objective
Kumon for math. The local league for sports. A bounce house for fun. An app for Qur'an. None of those venues share our values, and some quietly work against them. Not rhetorical. These are the questions the framework is built to answer.
Is your child growing in confidence, or just growing older?
Are they proud to be Muslim, proud enough to say it out loud?
Would they step forward to lead salah if asked?
How many surahs do they actually understand? Not recite. Understand.
What are they absorbing at every other venue we drop them at?
How much time is left before the foundation sets without us?
Nineteen points before a child sees it
Every program, no matter how different, passes the same framework before launch. Mothers, coaches and Amana admin design it together, and it is approved to mission standard.Every program, no matter how different, passes the same framework before launch. Mothers, coaches and Amana admin design it together, and it is approved to mission standard; the framework is revisited on a set cadence, never left on autopilot.

How it runs on the ground

The same gym floor is Team Sports one evening, Home Base another, and Pure Fun on the weekend.
A single family check-in point, even when siblings split up. One scan per child in My Amana.
Program Hands are shared and cross-trained, so one no-show never closes a room.
The rock wall and the net climb get a dedicated spotter regardless of the room's ratio. First-aid-trained staff every session.
A coach records attendance, the objective, and any incident on a tablet before the room closes, and it feeds the app.
Who is on the floor
Four things are true of every adult in every room, before a first shift.
Every adult on the floor, through Checkr. Amana stores only the status and the renewal date, never identity documents.
Before a volunteer runs a session alone, with the person HIC designates.
Forty-five minutes, before the first shift. Renewed every season.
At least one certified adult in every room, every session.
What we will report
Attendance, programs joined, seasons completed, and staff-recorded milestones, from the first session. Never a child score. Families see their own child's Amana Journey in My Amana; the community sees the totals here, each season.Attendance, programs joined, seasons completed, and staff-recorded milestones, from the first session.
